The Fisheries Management session explored co-management experiences, offshore wind-fisheries interactions, and the evolution of fisheries governance in the Caribbean.

In the Marine Protected Areas session, presenters showcased innovations from Colombia, Bonaire, Cuba, and beyond—spanning coral restoration, participatory monitoring, and spatial planning.

Afternoon discussions turned to Governance, featuring presentations on the Wider Caribbean Ocean Coordination Mechanism and a call for collective action from regional institutions.
